At AMESCO, we have developed a unique process to create an alcohol-free counterpart to your wine – without compromising on aroma.
We don't use conventional vacuum distillation, but rather our own specially developed process, without heating the wine. This gentle method allows us to capture the full flavor of the wine in an alcohol-free version. From Switzerland, made in Switzerland.

HOW WE WORK

1. Getting to know each other
We will come to your home and offer a tasting of a wine of origin alongside its non-alcoholic counterpart.
We will also taste your wines to discuss together which ones are best suited.

2nd Pilot
We begin the development process with 35 liters of your wine. We share our knowledge of fining processes to restore your style and balance in your alcohol-free wine.
The test bottling allows us to gather feedback and decide together whether the product is convincing.

3. Production
After both sides give the "GO", we produce the agreed quantity using our process.

4. Launch
Together we will bring your non-alcoholic wine to market with your label and our quality seal.
